- We don't accept vendor-published benchmarks. We run 50+ test calls per platform from US East Coast infrastructure and take the median and P95.
- Pricing
- "Contact sales for pricing" is not a pricing disclosure. We publish per-minute rates with the date verified and the all-in range — platform fee, LLM, TTS, and telephony.
- Compliance
- A compliance claim with no verifiable source URL does not count. We check trust centers, audit reports, and BAA availability — not features pages.
